Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a warehousing operation management technology based on an IOT (Internet of Things) technology, in particular to an unattended rapid picking warehousing system based on the IOT technology. The unattended rapid picking warehousing system is based on the IOT technology, adopts a warehousing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to carry out data supporting, adopts a warehousing operation system to carry out data processing and realizes an effect that under the unattended condition, other persons can rapidly find required materials. The flow of the unattended rapid picking warehousing system is that after identity of one person is verified, the system automatically gives out an indicating passage of a storage bin where the materials are positioned by scanning a picking list; in the ex-warehouse process, the picked materials can be rapidly input by scanning the passage to form an initial ex-warehouse list, then the person carries out simple supplementation so as to finally determine ex-warehouse. In the process, the operation of picking the materials for ex-warehouse can be rapidly completed in a self-help manner completely without intervention of the warehouse management person; the operation process is simple, convenient and rapid; the requirement of the overhaul operation can be met; the materials are enabled to be timely and efficiently picked to carry out the overhaul operation. |
