Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a car internal light control method and system and a car. The method includes: acquiring the first signal of a first pin triggering a car internal lamp; judging the states of the light main power supply of the car internal lamp according to the first signal, wherein the states include a normally-on state, a to-be-turned-off state and an off state; acquiring the second signal of a second pin triggering the car internal lamp when the state of the light main power supply is normally on or to be turned off; controlling the light change modes of the car internal lamp according to the second signal; determining that the car internal lamp is off when the state of the light main power supply is off. The car internal light control method has the advantages that the light main power supply and the light change modes of the car internal lamp are sequentially controlled, the development cycle of a car internal light control system is shortened, and the car internal light control method is allowed to be simple and convenient.
