Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a ZigBee-based method for monitoring continuous formation of paraffin. The ZigBee-based method comprises the following steps: a setting unit sets the working parameters of a liquid wax heat exchanger, the working parameters of a wax injector, the working parameters of a chain conveyor and the working parameters of a condensate fan; a first ZigBee terminal node monitors the working state of the liquid wax heat exchanger; a second ZigBee terminal node monitors the working state of the wax injector; a third ZigBee terminal node monitors the working state of the chain conveyor; a fourth ZigBee terminal node monitors the working state of the condensate fan; the plurality of ZigBee terminal nodes send monitoring data to a control centre through a ZigBee coordinator; and the control unit controls and adjusts the working states of the liquid wax heat exchanger, the wax injector, the chain conveyor and the condensate fan according to the monitoring data and various set working parameters. According to the invention, the ZigBee technology is applied in the field of paraffin forming control; therefore, the control cost is reduced; and the control precision is increased. |
