Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a paraffin continuous forming monitoring system based on ZigBee. The paraffin continuous forming monitoring system comprises: a control center, a setting unit connected with the control center and used for setting the liquid wax heat exchanger working parameter, the wax injection machine working parameter, the chain conveyor working parameter and the condensation fan working parameter, a ZigBee coordinator connected with the control center, and a plurality of ZigBee terminal nodes connected with the ZigBee coordinator, wherein the control center comprises an judging unit for judging whether a liquid wax heat exchanger, a wax injection machine, a chain conveyor and a condensation fan are abnormal, an alarm unit connected with the judging unit, and a control unit for controlling and adjusting the working states of the liquid wax heat exchanger, the wax injection machine, the chain conveyor and the condensation fan according to the data monitored by each ZigBee terminal node and various working parameters set by the setting unit. According to the present invention, the ZigBee technology is applied to the field of paraffin forming control so as to reduce the control cost, improve the control accuracy and improve the automation degree. |
