Bamboo sheet machining method

The invention discloses a bamboo sheet machining method. The bamboo sheet machining method is characterized by comprising the following steps: getting through a round bamboo inner joint and removing a bamboo skin; opening an axial gap in a bamboo tube; softening the bamboo tube, sterilizing and de-greasing; expanding the softened bamboo tube to form a bamboo sheet; roughly milling the bamboo sheet, rolling the roughly-milled bamboo sheet, carrying out air cooling and shaping; and carbonizing the shaped bamboo sheet twice. According to the method, the bamboo is softened, expanded and molded, and degreased, and then is carbonized twice; the bamboo sheet is put into an ethanol solution to be immersed so that organic matters in the bamboo sheet are damaged by a chemical method; in a carbonizing process, the organic matters, such as sugar, starch and protein, in the bamboo are decomposed under high-temperature and high-humidity environments so that worms including fungi and the like lose a nutrition source; meanwhile, eggs and the fungi attached on the bamboo are killed, and the mold-proof and moth-proof effects are good; the bamboo sheet is not easy to deform after being made into a product, and the physical property is good.
