Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum smelting, in particular to a method for repairing an electrolysis cell aluminum bus without power cut under a high-intensity magnetic field environment, and aims to overcome a plurality of defects in a process for repairing a bus burned down due to the leakage in the conventional aluminum electrolysis cell. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning a burned-down aluminum bus; perforating the center of an injured surface of the aluminum bus, and presetting a high-conductivity metal bar I in a hole; forming a positioning groove in the edge of the injured surface of the aluminum bus, and presetting a high-conductivity metal bar II in the positioning groove; mounting a repair mould at the burned aluminum bus; performing casting treatment on the injured surface to form a casting surface; connecting the combined edges of the casting surface and the injured surface through metal rivets; performing integral grinding and polishing treatment on the casting surface of the aluminum bus to obtain a repaired aluminum bus. The method has the advantages that the current guiding effect of the burned-down aluminum bus and the safety of series buses during production are guaranteed; the repair period is short, the operation is simple and convenient, and the conducting effect of the repaired aluminum bus is excellent. Therefore, the injured surface of the electrolysis cell aluminum bus can be repaired without power cut under a high-intensity magnetic field environment. |
