Intelligent ceramic filter

The invention provides an intelligent ceramic filter. The intelligent ceramic filter comprises a ceramic filter body mounted on an engine base, a plurality of ultrasonic vibrator boxes, and a groove body slurry feeding pipe with a bent structure, wherein a groove body is internally provided with a rotary barrel by a main shaft; a plurality of ceramic filter plates are uniformly mounted on the outer circumference of the rotary barrel at intervals; the groove body is further provided with a stirrer and a heater; an unloading pipe is arranged at the bottom of the groove body in an extending manner; a washing agent sensor is mounted on a pipeline of the unloading pipe; an electric control cabinet is arranged at one side of the ceramic filter; a driving device of the main shaft is mounted at the other side of the ceramic filter; the main shaft is provided with a distribution head; the distribution head is connected with a vacuum pump by a filtering bucket through a vacuum pipeline; the distribution head is connected with a pipeline pump by a backwashing pipeline; the backwashing pipeline is provided with a backwashing pressure sensor; the groove body slurry feeding pipe is provided with a groove body feeding valve; and a slurry outlet of the groove body feeding valve is formed in the upper part of the inner side face of the groove body. The intelligent ceramic filter utilizes an intelligent control system and the requirements of dressing equipment are met.
