The large-scale piggery excrement separating and collecting device and the application method thereof have the advantages that a fixed conveying mesh belt type automatic excrement cleaning system is designed mainly according to piggery arrangement characteristics and pig living characteristics, and pig excrement and urine can be subjected to dry excrement and wet urine separation, so that the piggery excrement is recycled and reused effectively, labor intensity of workers can be relieved and emission of harmful gas generated by the excrement is reduced. Surveys discover that specific time and specific areas feature in pigs' excretion behaviors obviously, wherein centralized excretion time in a piggery is basically after pigs are fed on feed and water; pigs' excretion places are also fixed, in other words, the pigs like to defecate at the wall positions in the back of the piggery or at the positions among fences; if the fixed excretion areas are wetted by water in advance before pig group transfer, a user places fresh pig excrement of an original pig group and then performs pig group transfer, and the excrement areas of the pigs in the piggery can be controlled effectively; the user can make full use of the behavior features when selecting the position of the automatic excrement cleaning system.
