The method for breeding the multi-bolting cold-resistant flowering cabbage comprises the following steps: hybridizing purple flowering stalk with flowering cabbage to obtain a colony F1; selfing the obtained colony F1 to obtain a colony F2; selecting single plants consistent with breeding aims from the colony F2, and carrying out backcross on the selected single plants and the flowering cabbage; selecting single plants consistent with breeding aims in the backcross generation, and selfing the selected single plants; selecting single plants consistent with breeding aims in the selfing generation, and carrying out backcross on the selected single plants and the flowering cabbage to obtain the backcross generation; and then repeating selfing, so that the multi-bolting cold-resistant flowering cabbage is obtained.
