The heat radiation base comprises a body and at least one raised part; the raised part is located on the body and is provided with at least one raised part top surface for making thermal contact with at least one first component above the body. By the raised part protruding out of the body, the first component can directly make thermal contact with the heat radiation base, and accordingly the heat radiation effect of the heat radiation base on the first component can be greatly improved.
