The hot-line work lead transition line device can quickly recover power transmission in time; the transition lines wind a disc provided with a spring, the transition line with a required length can be pulled out for connection as needed, and the spring naturally contracts, so that the larger the pulling force is, the smaller the contact resistance is and the better the effect is, the contact resistance is reduced, the safety operation of a power transmission line is improved, faults of the power transmission line can be quickly cleared through the hot-line work transition lines, and power transmission is quickly recovered.
