Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method for a bromine-doped lithium vanadium phosphate anode material with high electrochemical property. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a lithium source, a vanadium source, phosphate, a bromide ion doped source and a carbon source, adding deionized water, adjusting the pH value to be 7 by using analytically pure ammonia water, performing magnetic stirring at the room temperature, heating to 60-90 DEG C, and performing water bath evaporation drying so as to obtain gel; (2) putting the gel into a vacuum drying box, and drying for 6-12 hours at 60-120 DEG C so as to obtain dried gel; (3) grinding the dried gel into powder, performing vacuum sintering in the presence of argon, naturally cooling to the room temperature, taking out, grinding, performing vacuum sintering in the presence of argon again, and naturally cooling to the room temperature, thereby obtaining the bromine-doped lithium vanadium phosphate anode material, that is, Li3V2(PO4)3-X/3BrX, in the formula, X is equal to 0.03 to 0.12. The preparation method is simple in process, good in security, low in cost and stable in conformation, and the prepared Li3V2(PO4)3-x/3Brx anode material is good in crystallization, fine in granule and uniform in distribution, and the discharge specific capacity and the circulation efficiency of the material can be remarkably improved. |
