Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a cable for a proton exchange membrane fuel cell power generation system. The cable comprises a cable core consisting of a conductor wrapped with an insulating layer, wherein the conductor is made from silver-coated soft copper wire bundles; a metal sheath layer is wrapped outside the cable core; the metal sheath layer is formed by copper tape longitudinal bundling lines; an outer sheath layer is wrapped outside the metal sheath layer. The cable is reasonable in structure design, the conductor is made from silver-coated copper, the performances of corrosion prevention and high and low temperature resistance are strengthened, the metal sheath layer is made from the copper tape longitudinal bundling lines, the sheath is easy to bend, resistant to corrosion and high and low temperature, and relatively high in mechanical strength. Particularly, when the insulating layer is formed by extruding Teflon, the performances of corrosion prevention, high and low temperature resistance and oil contamination prevention can be strengthened; when the outer sheath layer is made of a polyimide coating, the cable has the advantages of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and also has the benefits of low abrasion, excellent mechanical property, good dimensional stability, small thermal expansion coefficient, high insulation, low heat conductance and no fusion.
