Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp and an LED light tube. The LED light tube comprises a tube body part, a first mounting part, a second mounting part and an electrifying part, wherein the LED lamp is arranged in the tube body part, the first mounting part is arranged at the first end of the tube body part and is used for fixedly installing the LED light tube, and the second mounting part is arranged at the second end of the tube body part and is used for fixedly installing the LED light tube; the electrifying part is arranged on the tube body part, the first mounting part or the second mounting part, and is used for electrically connecting with an LED power supply to enable the LED lamp to power on and light. According to the LED lamp provided by the invention, an electrolytic capacitor and a high heating element are separably arranged to effectively prolong the service life of the electrolytic capacitor, even prolong the service life of the LED lamp; furthermore, the LED light tube provided by the invention is electrically connected with the LED power supply, therefore the conditions that the LED lamp is not powered on or burnt due to the non-uniform power connection ways in the prior art can be effectively prevented.
