Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a graphite brush by taking a molybdenum acid modified asphalt resin as an adhesive and belongs to the scope of the preparation technology of novel materials, belonging to the technical field of advanced resin-based composite materials. The method disclosed by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps: by taking the molybdenum acid modified asphalt resin and graphite as raw materials, performing raw material pretreatment, hydraulic molding and roasting in a wet mixing mode, thereby obtaining the molybdenum acid modified asphalt resin/graphite-based composite electric brush. The various performances of the electric brush prepared in the wet mixing process of the molybdenum acid modified asphalt resin and graphite by virtue of dissolving of trichloromethane are superior to those of a commercially available Morgan electric brush. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that according to the preparation process of the wet mixing-process electric brush, the preparation method and process parameters of the electric brush with the optimal overall performance are explored. |
