The application comprises the steps of tearing a second stamping sealing strip on the mask packing bag; tearing an embedded sealing strip; moving out a mask; sealing the embedded sealing strip; refrigerating the mask packing bag at a preservation layer of a refrigerator; moving out the mask packing bag in case of using the beautifying liquid; tearing the bottom part of the packing bag along a second opening to enable the beautifying liquid to flow out along the second opening under the gravity effect so as to be used. According to the application of the mask packing bag, the mask can be moved out, and the beautifying liquid in the packing bag can flow to one corner of the packing bag along the first stamping sealing strip; after the mask is moved out, the embedded sealing strip seals; when using the beautifying liquid in the next time, the corner of the packing bag can be opened along the second opening, and the stored beautifying liquid can be moved out for use; the circumstance that a packing opening is opened and cannot be sealed after being torn, thus the rest beautifying liquid is quickly out of work and evaporated, and necessary waste is caused, can be avoided.
