Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cooling system and method of an air conditioner of a vehicle. The system comprises an engine fan, a forced cooling switch, and a control device which is connected with the forced cooling switch to control the operation mode of the engine fan according to the state of the forced cooling switch when the system runs. The method comprises the steps of receiving a state signal of the forced cooling switch; controlling the operation mode of the engine fan according to the state of the forced cooling switch. According to the system and the method, the engine fan can be controlled to run at corresponding operation mode according to different conditions, and thus the performance of the system can be improved.
