Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a reclaimed rubber refining and slicing device. The reclaimed rubber refining and slicing device is characterized in that a rubber belt winding drum is installed on a rack, a first-stage cooling roller is installed in parallel on the rack on one side of the winding drum, a second-stage cooling roller is installed in parallel on the rack above the winding drum, a rubber slice conveying belt is arranged on the rack below the winding drum, a cutting motor is installed on the rack at the other end of the winding drum, a lead screw is installed on the shaft of the cutting motor towards the other end of the internal central axis of the winding drum by using a coupling, the other end of the lead screw is in rotatable fit and is installed with a fixing sleeve, a transmission nut is installed on the lead screw on the inner side of the fixing sleeve, a guide rod which penetrates through the guide hole of the transmission nut is installed on one side of the lead screw between the fixing sleeve and the coupling, a bearing sleeve is installed on the outer wall of the transmission nut, and a double-sided-edge cutter which respectively stretches outwards from the inside of sliding grooves on the two sides of the winding drum is installed on the bearing sleeve. The reclaimed rubber refining and slicing device has the advantages of convenience in installation and use, simplicity in operation and high working efficiency.
