Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of mechanical processing and specifically relates to an automatic detecting and mistake-proofing method based on a Renishaw probe. A simple cutter corrector comprises a cutter detecting block [1], a quick-changing base [2], a bolt [3] and a base [4]. The working principle and the control system of the Renishaw probe of a numerical control machine are researched deeply; spatial distance, aperture and angle measurement micro programs are developed and a simple geometrical parameter calibration block for cutters is designed. The automatic detecting and mistake-proofing method comprises the steps of processing, measurement, judging and processing. In the method, collision accidents and scrapping of products, caused by the outside interference factors such as inaccurate origins of coordinates of workpieces, inaccurate geometrical parameters of cutters and inaccurate programs during numerical milling and processing, are avoided effectively. A correcting cutter has the characteristics of being used repeatedly, is simple and convenient to clamp, low in cost and good in universality. The technique is easy to understand, strong in operability and lower in degree of dependence to numerical control operators.
