Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of numerical control machining, and relates to a numerical control machining method of a paper-based honeycomb part. According to the numerical control machining method of the paper-based honeycomb part, longitudinal adhesion of double sided adhesive tape is adopted, so that adhesion force is enhanced. The numerical control machining method comprises the steps that the profile of the obverse side of the part is machined in place, then the locating surface used in the process of clamping of the reverse side of the part is machined through a special hollow honeycomb tool, and finally, the allowance of the hollow honeycomb tool is cut off through a honeycomb slicing knife. In the process of machining of the reverse side, clamping is conducted through a special tool, the profile of the reverse side of the part is machined, then a connecting line is set between an upper curved surface and a lower curved surface of the part, the boundary dimension of the part is machined in a plunge milling mode through the hollow honeycomb tool along the connecting line, and finally, the part is manually cut off through a blade.
