Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a ring beam structure member manufacturing method in a hydraulic bolt type platform lifting system. The method includes: machining and assembling a first welding-fitting part (32), a second welding-fitting part (33) and a third welding-fitting part into a ring beam component; welding and fitting the ring beam component to the ring beam structure member. Assembly precision is guaranteed by adopting a ring beam part fixture (21) and a ring beam check fixture (35), welding deformation during the ring beam structure member manufacturing process is controlled by adopting a bolt seat anti-deformation fixture (20), an oil cylinder pin seat anti-deformation fixture (21), a double-layer intersecting-type fixture (13) and a horse plate (14), concentricity and planeness of a bolt seat (8) and an oil cylinder pin seat (9) are guaranteed, and requirements on opening size in a ring beam is met.
