Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation process of a copper-based catalyst for producing hydrogen in a reforming way by virtue of methanol vapor. The preparation process comprises the following steps: step S1, preparing the copper-based catalyst, wherein the copper-based catalyst comprises the following substances in parts by mass: 2-20 parts of CuO, 2-20 parts of ZnO, 0.1-5 parts of ZrO, 45-95 parts of Al2O3, 0-5 parts of CeO2, 0-5 parts of La2O3; step S2, preparing the copper-based catalyst prepared in the step S1 into a solution; step S3, putting a molecular sieve into the solution prepared in the step S2, and then taking out the molecular sieve; step S4, carrying out vacuum filtering on the molecular sieve processed in the step S3 to remove surplus liquid; step S5, drying the molecular sieve (processed in the step S4) in a 110-130 DEG C environment; step S6, burning the molecular sieve in a 350-600 DEG C environment; and step S7, cooling the burnt molecular sieve. According to the preparation process for producing hydrogen in a reforming way by virtue of methanol vapor, the prepared catalyst can be used for improving the high-temperature conversion rate of the process of producing hydrogen by methanol. |
