The invention discloses a taekwondo leg training target which comprises a target handle and a functional part, wherein the whole training target has a 7-shaped structure; the functional part comprises two identical and symmetric target blades; the target blades have sole-shaped structures and comprise big ends and small ends; the big ends of the target blades have sawtooth structures; the upper end of the target handle is connected with and arranged at the bottoms of the two target blades in positions close to the small ends; four handheld positioning grooves, which are matched with a hand holding shape, are formed in the middle of the target handle on the same side as the small ends; a limiting stopper capable of preventing slipping is arranged at the lower end of the target handle. According to the taekwondo leg training target, two elliptical leaf-shaped faces of a traditional foot target are changed into two sole-shaped faces, the four handheld positioning grooves are formed in the middle of the target handle, and the limiting stopper capable of preventing slipping is arranged at the lower end of the target handle. Owing to the structural improvements, the target holding stability is greatly increased, the target cannot easily slip off, and the kick accuracy of an athlete and the pertinence of leg training are improved quickly.
