Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a lysozyme compound agent for skin external use, and relates to a lysozyme compound agent. The lysozyme compound agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-75 parts of egg white lysozyme, 25-75 parts of radish lysozyme, 30-50 parts of sodium hydrogen phosphate, 40-60 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 2-4 parts of EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid)-2Na, 150-20 parts of sodium chloride, 1-2 parts of menthol, 15-25 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 1-2 parts of benzalkonium bromide and 4600-4800 parts of water, wherein the pH value is 5.5-6.5. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, dissolving menthol with ethanol for later use; secondly, weighing the EDTA-2Na, sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, dissolving with hot injection water, stirring evenly, cooling to about 45 DEG C, and adding a menthol ethanol solution; thirdly, adding the benzalkonium bromide; and finally, filtering and filling. The lysozyme compound agent has a relatively broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and does not contain an antibiotic. |
