Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a salviae miltiorrhizae treatment technology employing a hollow fiber ultrafiltration device. The treatment technology comprises the following steps: putting an ultrafiltration water inlet pipe and a reflux water pipe into a feed liquid bucket with a salviae miltiorrhizae extract liquid; putting a filtrate pipe into a dosing tank, starting an ultrafiltration power supply, adjusting a reflux valve, and keeping the working pressure at 0.12MPa; when ultrafiltration of one bath of feed liquid is to be ended, injecting cooled injection water into the feed liquid bucket in a grading manner, gradually replacing materials stored in an ultrafiltration assembly with 100L of replacing water, wherein the ultrafiltration membrane adopted by the hollow fiber ultrafiltration device is made of a polyethersulfone resin material; and the molecular weight is 30,000. Through optimal treatment of the salviae miltiorrhizae treatment technology, the salviae miltiorrhizae extract liquid is subjected to ultrafiltration treatment by virtue of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration device, so that the salviae miltiorrhizae filtration effect is relatively good; and the product quality is improved. |
