Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a treatment method of crops and particularly relates to a method for promoting enrichment of rutin of buckwheat grains. The method comprises the following steps: hulling buckwheat grains; freezing and melting repeatedly; soaking in acidic electrolysis water and drying to obtain rutin-enriched buckwheat grains. The method for promoting enrichment of rutin of buckwheat grains, disclosed by the invention, creates an adverse condition by adopting a repeated freezing and melting method and a micro-acidic electrolysis water soaking method; by adopting a coercing method, a phenylpropane type secondary metabolism product in the buckwheat grains is changed, so that rutin accumulation of a buckwheat raw material can be remarkably improved, and therefore the functionality of a final buckwheat relevant product can be enhanced.
