This electrolyzed water production device (1A) is equipped with: an electrolytic bath (3) that discharges from a discharge port (2) an electrolytic product generated by electrolysis of raw-material water; a mixing unit (4) that produces electrolyzed water by mixing the electrolytic product with dilution water; and a mounting unit (6), which has a connecting part (19) in which an aperture part (20) communicating with the discharge port (2) is formed, and which enables the electrolytic bath (3) to be mounted in a removable manner. By moving either the electrolytic bath (3) or the connecting part (6) relative to the other the discharge port (2) and the aperture part (20) can be connected or disconnected from each other. In addition, the electrolytic bath (3) is mounted in the mounting unit (6) in a state wherein a prescribed amount of the raw-material water has been loaded into and sealed in the electrolytic bath (3) in advance and no additional raw-material water can be added.
