The invention discloses an automatic color calibration method and a color calibration module thereof which are applied to an image acquisition device. The automatic color calibration method comprises the following steps: calculating a plurality of color temperatures of a plurality of pixels in one image; calculating a first number of the color temperatures of the pixels in a first color temperature range and a second number of the color temperatures of the pixels in a second color temperature range; generating a color temperature weight according to the first number and the second number; calculating one and more calibration coefficients for image compensation by corresponding to one and more first coefficients of the first color temperature range and one and more second coefficients of the second color temperature range according to the color temperature weight.
