Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a multijunction solar cell which at least comprises a substrate, a first subcell located above the substrate, as well as a second subcell located above the first subcell, wherein a DBR (distributed Bragg reflector) structure is arranged in a gap between the first subcell and the second subcell, reflects solar spectrum required by the second subcell to the second subcell and penetrates through solar spectrum required by the first subcell, so that the utilization rate of solar light can be remarkably increased, the DBR structure can be designed according to absorption requirements of the first/second subcell for different sunlight wavebands, incident spectrum is matched with spectrum absorbed by the first/second subcell, meanwhile, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the first/second subcell is further increased, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the whole multijunction solar cell is further improved.
