The hole position degree gauge comprises a detection pin, wherein a measuring head part of the detection pin is matched with the exhaust gas inlet of the turbo shell, the hole position degree gauge is characterized by further comprising a positioning device, and the positioning device comprises a reference sleeve, a template and a positioning pin, wherein the reference sleeve comprises a reference ring and a sleeve which are coaxially connected, a measuring pole part of the detection pin is inserted in an axial guide hole of the sleeve, the inner diameter and the height of the reference ring are larger than the diameter and the height of the measuring head part, the template and the reference sleeve are fixedly connected, a positioning hole is formed in the template, and the positioning pin is inserted in the positioning hole.
