The invention relates to a high-corrosion prevention steel-plastic ball valve for fuel gas and a manufacturing method of the high-corrosion prevention steel-plastic ball valve, and aims to solve the defect existing in an existing valve, an existing all-PE (Poly Ethylene) valve or an existing all-metal valve. The high-corrosion prevention steel-plastic ball valve comprises a metal valve shell and a metal valve ball core, wherein the metal valve ball core is positioned in the metal valve shell; the high-corrosion prevention steel-plastic ball valve is characterized in that an input end and an output end of the metal valve shell are respectively provided with a metal valve sleeve pipe which is provided with a metal valve diffusion branch pipe, and the upper ends of the metal valve diffusion branch pipes are respectively provided with a PE diffusion ball valve; one end of a metal valve sleeve pipe main pipe is provided with a PE pipe section which is used for sleeving the outer surface section of a pipe body of the metal valve sleeve pipe main pipe, and a PE pipe section external connecting section of which the inner diameter is the equal to the inner diameter of the metal valve sleeve pipe main pipe, and sections, which are matched with the metal valve sleeve pipes, of the PE pipe section are provided with locking steel sleeves; a PE injection molding corrosion prevention layer covers the surfaces of the metal valve shell, the metal valve sleeve pipes and the locking steel sleeves. According to the high-corrosion prevention steel-plastic ball valve and the manufacturing method, disclosed by the invention, the sealing performance is stable, the size stability is good, the integral structural strength is high, and the construction is simple, convenient and reliable.
