The structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the oil absorption efficiency is improved, meanwhile the impact of an oil return pipe on an oil tank is reduced, the noise and the vibration are reduced, and the stability is high. The oil tank cover plate comprises an oil absorption pipe, the oil return pipe and the oil tank cover plate body, wherein the oil absorption pipe and the oil return pipe penetrate the oil tank cover plate body to be fixedly connected with the oil tank cover plate body. The oil tank cover plate is characterized in that one oil return pipe end which extends into the oil tank cover plate body is provided with a bending pipe; one oil absorption pipe end which extends into the oil tank cover plate body is provided with a flared opening; an oil absorption filter is arranged in the flared opening.
