The invention relates to an inspection well cover base which comprises a base ring and a clamping ring matched with a cover body of an inspection well cover. The inspection well cover base further comprises base frameworks. The base frameworks are evenly distributed in the base ring and the clamping ring and are fixed by a base framework inner ring and a base framework outer ring. One end of one base framework is of an L-shaped structure, the other end of the base framework protrudes on one side of the L-shaped structure, two installing points and a clamping groove are arranged at the lower end of the L-shaped structure, an installing groove is formed in the protruded end of the L-shaped structure, and first reinforcing ribs are arranged on the two sides of the L-shaped structure. The base frameworks are steel structure members. The inspection well cover base is simple in structure. The base ring and the clamping ring are made of reclaimed rubber, so that waste rubber can be reused, the pollution of the waste rubber to the environment is avoided, energy is saved, and environmental friendliness is achieved. A plurality of base frameworks are evenly distributed in the inspection well cover base, so that the compressive strength of the base is improved.
