Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to low-nickel-type heat-resistant steel and belongs to the technical field of metal materials. The low-nickel-type heat-resistant steel includes following components, by mass: 10-12% of nickel, 26-27% of chromium, 1.4-1.5% of silicon, 0.28-0.35% of carbon, 0.3-0.5% of molybdenum, 0.3-0.5% of tungsten, 1-1.5% of manganese, 0.14-0.15% of nitrogen, 0.005-0.1% of rhenium and the balanced iron. The low-nickel-type heat-resistant steel can achieve performances being same as that of high-nickel steel even the content of the nickel is controlled at a low level of 10-12% on the premise of ensuring an austenite matrix of the steel to be formed and being enough in stability, thereby achieving a nickel-saving object and ensuring a basic strength requirement at a high temperature of the steel. In addition, by means of the carbon, the nitrogen, the chromium and the silicon, the high-temperature strength of the steel is further enhanced, thereby achieving use requirements at 1000 DEG C. |
