Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to bacillus amyloliquefaciens and an application thereof. The classification of the related bacterium is named bacillus amyloliquefaciens; and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.9847. The related application is an application of the bacillus amyloliquefaciens for producing harpin protein. The invention further relates to a harpin protein water aqua biopesticide. The control effect and yield-increasing effect experiments are carried out on three crops, namely tobacco, watermelon and rice by the prepared harpin protein water aqua. The experiment results show that the harpin protein water aqua not only can play growth-promoting and seedling-increasing roles in plants, but also is capable of effectively improving the disease resistance of the plants.
