Low-temperature resin casing pipe damage restoration mounting agent and use thereof

The invention relates to a low-temperature resin casing pipe damage restoration mounting agent. The low-temperature resin casing pipe damage restoration mounting agent comprises, by weight, 80-90% of thermosetting phenolic resin (RS-619), 8-10% of ethanol, 0.2-0.3% of m-phenylenediamine and 1.69-2.6% of p-toluene sulfonic acid. After a controllable reaction lasting at a temperature of 25-50 DEG C for 3-6h, a sample cured by the mounting agent has tensile strength of 10.1-12.8MPa, compressive strength of 12.7-38MPa and shear strength of 8.4-20.2MPa. After immersion of the samples cured at different temperatures in acid, alkali and salt solutions with concentration of 10% for 24h, a corrosion ratio is less than 0.5%. The low-temperature resin casing pipe damage restoration mounting agent is used for restoration and reinforcement of a casing pipe damaged and deforming in oilfield development, and plugging of a high-water content layer. Through combination with drilling and milling repair of a well, a composite artificial casing pipe is re-constructed in a casing pipe deformation well section and an oil and water well production capacity is recovered.
