| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical synthesis, and discloses a preparation method of aryl urea and aryl amide substituted oxaole pyrimindine compounds and application thereof. Pharmacological experiments prove that the aryl urea and aryl amide substituted oxaole pyrimindine compounds disclosed by the invention have a significant inhibiting function in vessel epithelial cell proliferation process, and show excellent activity in inhibiting angiogenesis in cell in vitro invasion experiments and mouse vein ring experiments. Therefore the aryl urea and aryl amide substituted oxaole pyrimindine compounds are applicable to preparation of angiogenesis inhibitor drugs, and have important reference value in development and research of angiogenesis inhibitors. |
