Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a production method of sec-butyl acetate. The production method comprises following steps: C4 fractions are reacted with acetic acid, a product containing unreacted C4 fractions, sec-butyl acetate, acetic acid, and C8 olefins is delivered into a first separating tower; the unreacted C4 fractions are collected from the top of the separating tower, and are delivered into the lower part of a water washing tower, and desalted water is injected into the upper part of the water washing tower; after water washing, the unreacted C4 fractions are discharged from the top of the water washing tower, wash water of the bottom of the water washing tower is taken as an azeotropic agent, and is delivered into a first azeotropic rectification tower together with product materials obtained from the tower bottom of the first separating tower; acetic acid is collected from the tower bottom of the first azeotropic rectification tower, and a material obtained from the tower top of the first azeotropic rectification tower is subjected to phase separation in a phase separation tank; an upper layer sec-butyl acetate phase product is delivered into a second azeotropic rectification tower, and a lower layer water phase product is delivered into a second separating tower; high purity sec-butyl acetate product is obtained from the tower bottom of the second azeotropic rectification tower, a tower top product is delivered into the phase separating tank for phase separation, an upper layer material is collected, and a lower layer material is delivered into a second separating tower; water is recycled from the tower bottom of the second separating tower, and is delivered back to the water washing tower as the desalted water, and a tower top product material is delivered back to the second azeotropic rectification tower as the azeotropic agent. |
