Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-concentration medicinal adjuvant wastewater treatment system and process. The process especially comprises the steps of introducing hydroxypropylcellulose and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose wastewater into a regulating tank 1 to be treated by an iron-carbon micro-electrolytic tank and a Fenton catalytic oxidation tank, introducing the treated hydroxypropyl methylcellulose wastewater and microcrystalline cellulose wastewater introduced into a regulating tank 2 into a coagulative precipitation tank 1 for treatment, and then introducing the treated wastewater and domestic water into a regulating acidifying tank; treating the wastewater through an EGSB reaction tower, a primary catalytic oxidation tank, a secondary catalytic oxidation tank, a coagulative precipitation tank 2, a sand filter and a clear water tank, and carrying out standard discharge via a normalized discharge hole; discharging the sludge generated by the coagulative precipitation tank 1, the EGSB reaction tower, the primary catalytic oxidation tank, the secondary catalytic oxidation tank and the coagulative precipitation tank 2 to a sludge thickener for treatment and then conveying the treated sludge to a chamber type filter press for treatment, and finally, transporting the dry mud to the outside at regular intervals, wherein partial effluent of the clear water tank acts on the sand filter by use of a back flushing pump; returning the back flushing water of the sand filter, and the filtrate of the sludge thickener and the chamber type filter press to the regulating tank 2. The high-concentration medicinal adjuvant wastewater treatment system is stable in performance, high in removal rate and low in treatment cost. |
