Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a titanium alloy powder nitridation device. The device comprises a gas supply device, an intelligent heating and temperature controlling device, a powder circulating device and a driving interface device, wherein the intelligent heating and temperature controlling device comprises an electric heating wire, a heating tube cavity, an intelligent power control panel and a spark generator; a gas inlet of the heating tube cavity is connected with the gas supply device; the electric heating wire is wound on the heating tube cavity or arranged in the heating tube cavity; the powder circulating device comprises a main circulating tube, a spark discharging nozzle, a powder combustion bin with a feeding hole, a powder separating interface and a powder re-feeding interface; the spark discharging nozzle is arranged in the powder combustion bin; the spark generator is connected with the spark discharging nozzle; the inlet end of the main circulating tube is connected with the gas outlet of the heating tube cavity and the outlet of the powder re-feeding interface respectively; the outlet end of the main circulating tube is connected with the spark discharging nozzle of the powder combustion bin; a discharging hole of the powder combustion bin is connected with the inlet of the powder separating interface; the powder separating interface is communicated with a nitridation product outlet and the powder re-feeding interface respectively. |
