Zusammenfassung:	A shift structure of a motorcycle comprises a shift arm, a reset spring and a shift paddle assembly, wherein the shift paddle assembly comprises a first paddle which is fixedly matched with the shift arm in the circumference direction of the shift arm, and a second paddle which is in unidirection sliding match with the first paddle in the radial direction of the shift arm; pretightening force is arranged on the second paddle and is arranged outwards along the radial direction of the shift arm; the reset spring is a reset spring sleeving on the shift arm freely; and the reset spring acts on corresponding parts between the first paddle or/and the shift arm and the motorcycle. According to the invention, the overall structure of the assembly is simplified, the service life of parts is prolonged, manufacturing and installation costs are reduced, the work efficiency is improved, and the characteristics of lightweight and flexibility of the motorcycle are adapted to.
