Impregnation liquid used for processing of rubber-wood heated floor

The invention discloses an impregnation liquid used for processing of a rubber-wood heated floor. The impregnation liquid is prepared by mixing the following components by weight: 3 to 30% of, in terms of silica, an alkaline silica sol, 0.2 to 20% of a waterfroof agent and 0.05 to 3% of a silane coupling agent, with the balance being water. The impregnation liquid provided by the invention can be directly used for impregnation processing of a wet rubber wood plate, so energy consumption and production cost are reduced and the impregnation liquid provided by the invention overcomes the problems of high energy consumption and production cost caused by the fact that a dry rubber-wood plate is needed for impregnation processing with conventional impregnation liquids and the problem that the conventional impregnation liquids are prone to release of formaldehyde and like; the impregnation liquid provided by the invention does not contain components like resin releasing formaldehyde, is environment-friendly, can effectively improve waterproofness, hardness, strength, flame resistance, wear resistance, toughness and the like of rubber wood and has good loss resistance; the stability, thermal conductivity and the like of the prepared heated floor thoroughly exceed those of multilayer solid-wood composite heated floors; and the economical value of rubber wood is increased.
