The invention discloses an automatic water stop screw welding device which comprises a carrier, at least one welding component, a welding device body, a power device and an operating control system. The carrier comprises a working surface and assembly holes formed in the working surface, the welding components are mounted onto the carrier and comprise rod-shaped portions, the rod-shaped portions are mounted at the assembly holes in the working surface through shaft sleeves, the rod-shaped portions comprise water stop screw fixing sections and shaft sleeve assembly sections which are distributed above and below the working surface respectively, bearings are mounted on the rod-shaped portions, the water stop screw fixing sections are provided with water stop piece mounting surfaces, water stop screw assembly grooves and magnets for adsorbing and fixing a water stop screw, a welding gun head of the welding device body faces a starting ends of the water stop screw assembly grooves of the water stop piece mounting surfaces, the power device drives the rod-shaped portions to rotate through a transmission device, and the operating control system is electrically connected with the power device and the welding device body. By the aid of the automatic water stop screw welding device, the water stop screw and a water stop piece can be automatically welded, and machining efficiency and stability of product quality can be effectively improved.
