Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a process and an apparatus, which are high in water mist removal effect, are less in resistance on circulation of flue gas, are equipment in devices, are low in cost and can reduce electric consumption. The invention provides a desulfurization process and a desulfurization apparatus with a thermal pump for improving the water mist removal effect. In the process, firstly, the temperature of a water remover is reduced through a low-temperature section of the thermal pump and meanwhile discharged flue gas is heated through a high-temperature section of the thermal pump, so that not only is the moisture in the flue gas can be effectively removed but also the flue gas is ensured to be circulated freely and is ensured to not form cloud mist even light rain which are difficult to dissipate after the flue gas is discharged from a chimney. Because that the water mist in the waste flue gas can instantly be condensed into water drops through the cold water remover and then be removed, the lower temperature in the water remover is reached, the better water removal effect is achieved. Because the thermal pump only requires low electricity for providing sufficient heat, in the process and the apparatus, the energy consumption is less than 1/5 of that of electric heating and meanwhile a low temperature for removing water can be provided, so that the process can achieve the two objects at the same time. |
