The machine comprises a rack, a moving unit, an adjusting unit and a connecting rod unit; the moving unit comprises two grab rails, two rotating wheel, a crank mounted between the rotating wheels, two foot levers and two pedal plates; the two grab rails and the two rotating wheels are respectively mounted on the rack; the two foot levers are respectively pivoted between the two grab rails and the rotating wheels; the adjusting unit comprises a fixing seat which is fixedly arranged at the rack, a driving part which is mounted to the fixing seat, and a driving part which is transmitted by the driving part and can linearly move; the connecting rod unit comprises two first connecting rods which are respectively pivoted to the driving part, two second connecting rods which are respectively pivoted to the first connecting rods and the grab rails, and two pulling rods which are respectively pivoted to the second connecting rods and the cranks. With the adoption of the machine, the elliptical movement track of the pedal plates can be synchronously adjusted.
