METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DELIMITING PROBLEM

Provided are a method and apparatus for delimiting a problem, which relate to the field of communications and are used to improve the efficiency of solving a network problem by delimiting the network problem with a KQI parameter of user services. The method comprises: obtaining a first key quality indicator (KQI), wherein the first KQI refers to one of one or more abnormal KQIs; and determining the network location of an abnormality of the first KQI according to a delimiting indicator of the first KQI, wherein the network location comprises a radio side, a core network side, a terminal side and a service provider (SP) side, and the delimiting indicator is an indicator for determining the network location that makes a KQI abnormal. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to a scenario where problem locating is conducted at a network side.
