| Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ultrasonic wave sensor, which comprises a shell, a base arranged at the bottom part of the shell, a composite vibrator packaged in the shell, and a lead end connected with the composite vibrator, wherein a sealing cap is arranged on the shell; the composite vibrator comprises a metal sheet and a piezoelectric ceramic plate; the piezoelectric ceramic plate is arranged below the metal sheet; and a horn-shaped resonator is arranged on the metal sheet. As the sealing cap is arranged, the thickness of the sealing cap is increased to 1mm, the pressure-resisting performance of the ultrasonic wave sensor is improved, and the ultrasonic wave sensor can be applied to outdoors and other harsh environments; as the horn-shaped resonator is used, ultrasonic waves generated due to vibration can be effectively radiated, and the ultrasonic waves can be effectively gathered in the central position of the vibrator; and the ultrasonic wave sensor is simple in structure and convenient in use. |
