The invention discloses an analog front-end system in a frequency modulation receiver and a processing method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value of a received signal and judging whether the RSSI value is greater than an RSSI threshold value; if the RSSI value is greater than an RSSI threshold value, determining a frequency point of single-frequency interface of the received signal and eliminating the single-frequency interface of the frequency point; after the single-frequency interface is eliminated, performing radio frequency automatic gain control. According to the analog front-end system in the frequency modulation receiver and the processing method thereof, the problem of single-frequency interface in the frequency modulation receiver of the prior art can be solved.
