Electric rotary machine assembly

There is provided an electric rotary machine assembly, comprising: an electric rotary machine having: a housing; a stator attached on the housing; a rotor fixed on a rotating shaft; bearings for supporting the rotating shaft; end brackets attached with the bearings; a cooling fan attached on an end of the end bracket opposite to a load side; and a cover for covering the cooling fan, wherein said assembly further comprises: a power converter for supplying driving current to an armature of said electric rotary machine; a part(s) for building up said power converter; a control and interface board for inputting/outputting between an outside and also for controlling an operation of said electric rotary machine through said power converter; and a terminal box including a built-in noise filter therein, wherein said power converter, said part (s), said control and interface board and said terminal box are attached on outer peripheral portions of the housing, and said cooling fan is rotationally driven by the rotating shaft of said electric rotary machine, and wherein on a plane portion formed in a part of said housing is attached said power converter, and in other portions of said housing are attached said part(s) and said control and interface board.
