The method is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, products to be magnetized are freely placed into trays, and the geometrical shapes of the products to be magnetized in the magnetizing orientation direction are asymmetric; b, the trays are placed into a vibration magnetic field coil; c, the trays are shaken, and the products to be magnetized are rearranged in the easily-magnetizing direction; d, the products in different directions are picked out; e, the multiple trays are stacked and are jointly placed into a saturation magnetizing coil for magnetization. According to the minitype neodymium iron boron permanent batch magnetizing method and device, the minitype neodymium iron boron geometrically-asymmetric products in the orientation direction can be magnetized in batches, the efficiency of the method is 15 times that of a traditional method, batch production and supply can be achieved, the error rate is low, and defective products can be easily found. |
